Changes to Kodex configuration should be made collaboratively in
order to ensure quality and security. Hence, we need a mechanism
that allows users to collaborate on changes to Kodex projects and
review them before applying them. We have the following
requirements:
It should be possible to make changes and test them using the
Kodex web app.
It should be possible to request review of a set of changes
before applying them to an actual project.
It should be possible to control when changes can be merged
into a given project.
